1 3/4 cups (250gr) flour
2/3 cup (150gr) butter
1 egg
1tsp (6gr) salt
Pinch of sugar
1 tbsp (15ml) cold milk
Mix flour with butter, egg, sugar and salt. little by little, draw the flour into the center and work the dough with your fingertips to a grainy texture. Add the cold milk and mix it in until the dough begins the hold together. Using the palm of your hand, push the dough away from you 4 or 5 times until it is smooth. Roll the dough into ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use.
PS. it can be kept in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
