3 sheets - 500gr Phyllo Pastry (Yufka)
Filling:
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 cup soy oil
Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
in a small cup have some water for to use stick the edges of the borek.
Place the three sheets on top of each other on the counter and Cut them the way shown in the picture above. You should have 8 smaller pieces from each phyllo pastry. and total 24 pieces form 3 sheets of phyllo pastry.
Put one teaspoonful of filling on the long side of each sheet.
Fry each borek equally over medium heat until they take a light golden color.
Don't forget to place them on a paper towel to soak up extra oil.
