1 tablespoon (15gr) garlic butter
2 eggs
100 grams of Sucuk sausage
pinch of salt
Cut the Sucuk (sausage) in 4 mm thick circles. Place the skillet on the stove top with small heat melt the garlic butter. Place the sausages in the skillet and cook the one side and turn the other sides. As soon as turn the sucuks crack two eggs. Be careful not to damage the egg yolks. In low heat cook the eggs but not too much... Enjoy it with Turkish Black Tea...
