Butterscotch Scones

3 cups Flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
8 tbs salted butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
Combine dry ingredients and mix them well. Add butter and mix them well.
Whisk eggs and cream together and add them into the dry mixture, mix all until the mixture forms a ball. Fold the dough over on itself several times to give a final mixing on a floured work surface.
Divide the dough 13cm diameter balls. Shape them your style scone and arrange them on the prepared pan. Don't forget keep them 4cm apart all around. Bake the scones until they are well risen, firm to the touch and a deep golden color which wouldn't take more then 15 min.
