Herb Pizza Dough




Choose hers such as Oregano, basil, marjoram, chive, thyme, rosemary, sage, mint and fennel seeds. It is better to choose two or max three complementary herbs, rater than large mixture.

1 tablespoon (15gr) yeast
2¾ cups (210ml) lukewarm water (90-105 °F veya 32-40 °C)
2¾ cups (440gr) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (5gr) salt
2 tablespoons (30gr) minced fresh herbs or 1 tablespoon (15gr) dried herbs
1 tablespoon (15gr) extra virgin olive oil

Proceed as directed for Basic Pizza Dough above, stirring the herbs together with the flour and salt.
